She was introduced to executive search at OverNorth and quickly developed a keen interest in all aspects of the executive search business. Previously, she held roles in human resources and marketing in information technology and professional services industries. Elena utilizes the diverse range of skills and professional experiences to collaborate and cultivate relationships with a wide range of clients and candidates.

Elena holds an MS in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Business from London Metropolitan University and brings a unique global perspective to the firm.
