As a principal with OverNorth, Kristina’s expertise is in the CPG, engineering, and transportation and logistics sectors.
She takes pride in identifying and recruiting high-caliber, exceptional leaders to meet and exceed client expectations. She has successfully recruited C-level and VP-level executives for the human resources, engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing functions.
Kristina entered executive search in 2013 after managing her own recruiting business. Her previous experience includes positions within the global logistics and automotive industries.
Originally from Utena, Lithuania, she emigrated from her home country to the U.S. in 2010. Kristina holds an MBA and a BA in Lithuanian Philology and Literature from Vilnius University, among the oldest and most respected universities in Europe.
Kristina speaks three languages and enjoys a good book, yoga, and spending time with her family.
